  Rick Mayo is the most dishonest and unethical realtor I have ever worked with. He gave access to buyers before they closed and they dismantled our building. After months of inspections and negotiations we closed our business and moved equipment out. Then the day we finished closing our business and a day before closing he lied and bullied us to adjust price. We agreed to allow buyers to have a delayed closing with good faith. It ended up costing us more money. Rich gives his profession a terrible name. We have had over 40 real estate transactions and never had a realtor even close to as bad as Rick. We will be filing a formal complaint and if there is any justice he won’t have a license.
