  Absolutely horrible customer service. Save your time and money and go over to Ashley furniture. Yesterday I came in looking for a sectional and a Conlin’s Furniture salesman by the name of Tyler was extremely rude and talked down to me. Told me that “ I was frustrating him” when I asked him to write down measurements on a ‘build your own sectional’ they sell. He started to get angry with me, I left feeling so uneasy and upset. I took my 3,000$ over to Ashley furniture here in Bozeman the same day and purchased a sectional. They went above and beyond for me, answered all my questions with a smile on their face and wrote down measurements. I will never be back to Conlin’s and will make sure everyone I know/meet saves their time & money and does the same. You should never be made to feel like you’re inconveniencing a furniture salesman. Awful.
